The Hightown Flock near Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire was started in 1999 with two Jacob ewes, careful selection over the years and the use of Jaco
b Society registered rams has resulted in the small, "quality" flock of which I am proud. My aim is to make full use of all that my Jacob flock provides.
The meat has a delicious flavour, the wool is much sought after by Herefordshire spinners and I supply breeding ewes and rams to other breeders.
